We work with Jamaica Cottage Shop of Jamaica Vermont, manufacturers of well-built, very affordable Post-and-Beam retreats. These buildings are made by JCS primarily as kits* which can be delivered anywhere in the world. You may buy a kit, or you may require additional site planning, architectural design and construction services, which Zimmerman Associates provides in conjunction with JCS products.

We can provide site plans for review and approval by your local Planning and Zoning authorities, and drawings for a building permit. We can provide foundation and utilities planning services. We can also customize** your retreat for shell and interior design features, heating, plumbing, electrification and 4-season use. We can also coordinate and supervise the delivery, assembly and construction of your personal retreat for you. With our combined resources, we can provide a turnkey product for you at an affordable price.
